Namaste.
I began my yoga journey in 2012, and from the moment I stepped onto the mat, I knew this path would become my life’s devotion. What started as a physical practice quickly expanded into a profound, lifelong exploration of movement, mind, and energy.Over the past decade, my curiosity has led me to study diverse modalities that shape how I move and teach today. My foundation began in traditional Basic Ashtanga and Vinyasa, later expanding into the soft, restorative depths of Yin Yoga and Myofascial Yin Yoga. To support students through every stage of life, I specialized in Prenatal and Post-Natal Yoga, while my fascination with dynamic, fluid movement drew me to complete trainings in Budokon Yoga and Budokon Mobility.Parallel to physical movement, stillness has been a cornerstone of my life. Since 2014, I have walked the mindfulness path within the Plum Village lineage of Thich Nhat Hanh, cultivating deep presence and heart-centered awareness. I have also trained in meditation with Jack Kornfield, completing programs in the Power of Awareness and Interactive Guided Meditation. To further support holistic healing, I integrated Reiki and Sound Healing into my offerings, weaving vibrational medicine and energetic balance into the physical and mental practices.I believe yoga is far more than physical postures—it is a compassionate approach toward building a meaningful relationship with ourselves and the world around us.Through dedicated practice, we develop the self-awareness and mindfulness necessary to navigate life’s internal and external challenges. By turning inward with clarity and kindness, we learn to meet every moment with strength, grace, and joy—strength to stay grounded in our truth, grace to soften through transitions, and joy to celebrate the simple gift of being present.Whether you join me for dynamic movement, quiet meditation, or restorative energy work, my intention is to hold space for you to reconnect with your own innate wisdom, resilience, and inner ease.
